SHOW CAFE'
SHOWTIME Cinemas and its related business, SHOW CAFÉ flagship store, are located in Taipei Zhongshan District. In an effort to create a painting-like effect for the use of the space, we use the color of “lake-blue” as background and deliberately arrange the strong color across the entire ceiling. This technique gives us an unconventional way of experiencing the space. Furthermore, by using a pure and solid color, we erase the use of lines that tend to cause a visual disturbance. The ceiling-to- floor windows allow the scenery of greens to be evenly distributed in every corner of the space, strengthening the depth of the space and polarizing the elegancy of the classical details of the interior vividly.

Sea n Land testingroom
At the doorway of the entrance hall, a dark red mass and white continuity segments the path between the office and the reception area. Through the aisle and a black gate, we enter the reception area to unveil the upcoming event.

A huge black net stands at the left side of reception area ;unornamented slate-gray bricks are embedded in a multilayer structure. Natural light seeps through the narrow cracks from inside to outside, creating a dim cellar-like ambient. The space compressed by a blackboard ceiling directs people’s vision to the current event topics exhibiting at both sides of the reception area. At the right, a black polished mirror-like-surface bar counter stretches forward, reflecting the aged brick background and creating a dramatic effect of the space. -
As a dining and interactive space, compartments in the space are removed to facilitate comfortable interaction among the hosts and guests.A slant layout activates irregular spaces formed by the base and increases the flexibility of furniture arrangement; the various ctivities that can be held in the space. In the interior space, demoulded ceilings with stripes are exposed intentionally. Black iron, hand-dyeing paint, and woven carpets are integrated with material, featuring black, gray, and white tones to demonstrate the coexistence of old and new. Immersing in the purely quiet space, guests will enjoy a sensual experience, which highlights the inseparability of their exquisite lifestyle and the drink of their choice.

SEA n LAND WINE n SPIRITS
During the cold snap, I wore fingerless gloves and rushed to see the pictures of Neihu stores on SEA & LAND WINE & SPIRITS . From design proposal to confirmation, everything went smoothly, with a fast pace of business and air travel.
The construction period lasts for two weeks, bringing people back to reality from the romantic time of admiring the design.

In response to demand, the material needs to be weather-resistant and convey the composure and changes that have been redefined by land and sea travel. "Black iron" that can oxidize over time has become the first choice for the facade material.
The most important thing now is to "call the ironworkers"!!

During the on-site inspection, Ironworker Boss Liao made a dashing appearance in a shiny red SUV. After looking around, he promised to complete the work within a week. I was a little worried at first: "Is there any problem?", but Boss Liao said, "Just don't break the bones." Maintaining his usual calm humor, I breathed a sigh of relief. Brother Feng, the ironworker who arranged the follow-up arrangement, did complete it within the deadline.

Now that I think about what happened last year, Boss Liao’s mobile music has remained unchanged for many years.
